Purchased second hand (new without tags) from authentic another seller. Beautiful, beautiful boots! Sadly, I am unable to wear them because they do not fit. Once received from seller, cuff on one boot had come apart slightly (as pictured). Possibly due to the way the shoes were stored. Suede also pulled slightly away from zipper on left shoe (refer to pictures) but is fairly small and can be repaired. Shoes were never worn, but of course tried on. Happy to answer any questions!.
