This is a handmade black velvet stuffed foam dress form. This could be used as a unique decorative piece, a pillow, or as a fully functioning dress form (what I used it for). To make it a fully functional dress form, you'll need to add a PVC pipe to center sleeve and purchase a stand for the form to sit on. This measurements can be adjusted by adding more or less stuffing. The current measurements are; Bust: 39" Underbust: 34.5" Waist: authentic 35" Hips: 45" Neck: 14" Neck to Shoulder: 5".
